No more group-chat guesswork

Every party parent knows this thread. Tiny Guestlist answers it before anyone has to ask, and you get one tidy list instead of forty texts.

Just checking… did everyone RSVP? 🙏

  • “Drop-off or staying?”You choose once. It’s on the invitation, or each family tells you.
  • “Can little brother come?”Siblings welcome or not, decided up front. Families count them in.
  • “What’s the address?”On the invitation, right after they say yes, with a map link.
  • “Sorry, just saw this!”A reminder goes out before the RSVP date, so no one misses it.
  • “Anything with nuts?”Allergies come to you privately, then they’re deleted after the party.
  • “Did everyone RSVP?”14 of 16 answered. You can see it any time.

How it works

  1. Make your invitation

Answer a few questions and watch it fill in: who, when and where. Takes about five minutes.

  2. Send one link

Text it from your own phone to the class chat and family, or print it for backpacks with a QR code. It comes from you, so it doesn’t land in spam.

  3. Watch the answers come in

Every RSVP lands in one list, with headcounts and allergies. Guests get a reminder, so you don’t have to.

Made for kids’ parties

General invitation sites count “guests.” A kids’ party needs a little more, so every guest answers the same four quick questions.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. Your invitation, one link for everyone, the four RSVP questions, reminders and cards are free, with no ads. Party Plus is an optional $9, one time, for one party: separate groups with their own links and times, your own questions, no Tiny Guestlist bar, who opened it plus an automatic reminder, thank-you cards to every family, and a downloadable guest list.

Is there an app to download?

No. Tiny Guestlist is a website, so it works on any phone or computer. You make the invitation here, and guests just tap the link.

How do I get everyone to answer?

Answering takes about 30 seconds, with no account. Guests can ask for a reminder, you see who hasn’t answered, and you can send everyone a quick update.

How are the invitations designed?

Pick one of our designs, ask Pip, our AI artist, to draw something just for your party, or upload one you made in Canva or bought on Etsy. Your details fill in as you type.

Can different guests get different details?

Yes, with Party Plus. Put guests in groups, like classmates, cousins or a sibling’s friends. Each group gets its own link with its own note or arrival time, and your list shows who’s coming from each group.

Who sees allergy information?

Only you, the host, and only if the guest ticks a box to share it. Allergy notes are deleted about 30 days after the party.

Who sees our address?

Only guests who RSVP yes. Invitation links can’t be guessed, and we never sell your guest list.

Can I change the RSVP questions?

Yes. Every invitation starts with four: how many kids, how many grown-ups, allergies, and staying or drop-off. Switch any of them off, reword them, or add up to five of your own, like a T-shirt size or a yes-or-no question.

How do gift cards work?

Coming soon: guests will be able to send a gift card from a store your child loves, right from the RSVP. Always optional.

Planning a party soon?

Make the invitation in a few minutes, send one link, and watch the answers come in.
